Tournament Round 1 Results

It was a close one... and I'll have to figure out a better format in future years (although the tournament structure will be entirely changed with the Big Ten Conference entering Hockey)... but here are the results for the first round of the 2013 Gimble Hockey Championship Tournament:

1) Bob - 8 points

2) Mike - 6 points

3) Billy - 5 points

4) Jimmy - 5 points

and sadly, JT$ is eliminated with only 4 points.

Now, these points are reset back to 0 for the 2nd round of the tournament.  In this round, the remaining 4 teams must fill out and return a bracket for the remaining WCHA Red Baron Final Five.

Here is the bracket format:

March 21st:

(1) Wisconsin [4] vs [6] MN-State Mankato

(2) North Dakota [3] vs [8] Colorado College

March 22nd:

(3) St. Cloud State [1] vs Winner of (1)

(4)  Minnesota [2] vs Winner of (2)

March 23rd:

(5) Winner of (3) vs Winner of (4)
